Consumer Price Index. Turkey, 09:00 (GMT+2)

At 09:00 (GMT+2), Turkey is publishing the July consumer price index, which is serving as the main indicator of the country’s inflation rate, reflecting changes in the cost of a defined “basket” of goods and services, including food, transport, utilities, healthcare, and so on. If the indicator increases by 0.99% MoM and from 32.11% YoY, this may signal that officials at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will determine further steps regarding adjustments to borrowing costs.
