We inform you that the history of transactions in all CENT2 and CLASSIC1 accounts opened before 30.05.2022 will undergo compression this weekend.
Maintenance works will take place from 00:00:01 on 27.08.2022 until 00:00:01 on 28.08.2022 — the whole weekend.
The history of all trading operations and balance transactions (all types of charges and crediting transactions: affiliate commissions, rollover results, swap charges, internal transfers, deposits and withdrawals, etc.) made on the trading accounts in the period before 30.05.2022 will be compressed into one balance operation the final value of which will be equivalent to the sum of all the transactions over the above mentioned period.
Please note that a detailed history of trading accounts going from the moment of opening and up to 30.05.2022 will become unavailable after the compression.
We are asking you to take measures and save your trading reports, if necessary. To do that, open the tab "Account history" on the MetaTrader platform, right-click on the tab and choose "Save as report" in the menu that opens.
Cryptocurrency trading in the MT4 CLASSIC1 and MT4 CENT2 account servers will be suspended from 00:00:01 on 27.08.2022 until 00:00:01 on 28.08.2022 due to the maintenance works. Please note that you won't be able to open or close trades in cryptocurrency during that period. Pending orders won't work either.
To avoid undesirable results, please make sure you have enough free margin in your trading accounts before the maintenance works start. Also, don't keep your cryptocurrency trades open during the maintenance works.
The Client's Profile may not work stably due to the servers' shutdowns during the maintenance works.
The compression of transaction history is mandatory practice for optimizing trading servers' functioning. It must be implemented to maintain high-speed responses to client orders. We ask your pardon for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding!
