- The New Year Promo 2026 from LiteFinance runs from 01.12.2025 at 00:00 to 30.01.2026 at 22:15 (LiteFinance server time as shown in the trading platform).
- As part of the New Year Promo 2026 at LiteFinance, the following prizes will be raffled: iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB, iPad Pro 13-inch, MacBook Air 15‑inch, 50 additional prizes of $100, and another 50 prizes of $50.
- The prizes are raffled among all LiteFinance clients who make a deposit of at least $500 in a single transaction during the promotion period. No additional registration is required.
- Each eligible deposit of $500 made during the promotion period is automatically assigned a unique number, which is sent to the email address registered in the Client Area. The unique number is added to the list of participants on the promotion page and takes part in the prize raffles. One number equals one chance to win.
- Each participant can receive as many unique numbers as they wish, increasing their chances of winning. Deposits are not cumulative, but all deposits that are multiples of 500 are counted.
Example: if a client deposits $1500 during the promotion period, they will receive 3 unique numbers that will participate in the raffles. This means the client has three times more chances to win than a participant who deposited $500. - Unique numbers are issued throughout the entire promotion period.
The prizes will be distributed in several stages according to the following schedule:
- Stage 1. The raffle to determine the winner of an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB will take place on 21.01.2026 at 12:00.
- Stage 2. The raffle to determine the winner of an iPad Pro 13-inch will take place on 23.01.2026 at 12:00.
- Stage 3. The raffle to determine the winner of a MacBook Air 15‑inch will take place on 27.01.2026 at 12:00.
- Stage 4 will take place on 29.01.2026; starting at 10:00 (GMT+2), every 15 minutes, 50 winners of $50 prizes of $100 each each will be determined. The prize funds will be credited to the trading accounts and can be used for trading or withdrawn without any restrictions.
- Stage 5 will take place on 30.01.2026; starting at 10:00 (GMT+2), every 15 minutes, 50 winners of $50 prizes of $50 each each will be determined. The prize funds will be credited to the trading accounts and can be used for trading or withdrawn without any restrictions.
The server time GMT +2 indicated in the schedule corresponds to the time indicated in the trading platform.
The prizes awarded are the latest available versions of each product sold in the winner's country at the time of the award.
The winners are determined according to the schedule above (see p. 7) and through a transparent algorithm that generates a winner’s number.
The winner’s lucky number is formed from the last digits of the BID prices of 5 currency pairs on the LiteFinanceVC-Live-02 server.
The winner's number looks like V W X Y Z, where
- V is the last digit of the BID price for USDCHF
- W is the last digit of the BID price for AUDUSD
- X is the last digit of the BID price for EURUSD
- Y is the last digit of the BID price for GBPUSD
- Z is the last digit of the BID price for USDJPY
The prize will be awarded to the account whose unique number matches the number generated according to the schedule.
If, at the time of the raffle, the total number of participants is lower than the generated number, or if the number of participants exceeds 99999, the winner will be determined using the following formula:
winner_number = total_participants × generated_number / 99999
* The result is rounded to the nearest whole number according to standard mathematical rules.
- If the participant whose unique number matches the generated winning number cannot be recognized as the winner under these terms, the prize will be awarded to the next or previous participant. The winner will be the participant with the higher trading volume executed on their account during the promotion period after making their first eligible deposit.
A unique number assigned to an eligible deposit can only win if, after the deposit, the total trading volume on the account in closed trades reaches at least 2 lots.
When calculating the total volume of closed positions, please note that:
- the volume is 100 times larger for cent accounts;
- deleted and canceled pending orders are not taken into account;
- transactions that contradict clause 6.13.2 of the Client Agreement are not taken into account;
- locked positions are not taken into account;
- positions showing a profit or loss of less than 30 points are not taken into account;
- transactions conducted before an eligible deposit is made are not taken into account;
- only the volume executed using the client’s own funds (minus credit funds) is taken into account.
- trades that remain open for less than 120 seconds are not considered.
Lots must be closed strictly in the order the lucky numbers are received: 2 lots per lucky number.
Example: a participant made a deposit of $3000 and received 6 lucky numbers. For all 6 lucky numbers to participate in the raffle, they need to close 12 lots (2 lots per number, in the order they were received).
- When a participant meets the required lot size, a green check mark appears next to the lucky number. Lot size compliance is checked for all participants once every 4 hours throughout the promotion period. In addition, this requirement is verified each time a lucky number is generated when the winners are determined.
- Accounts that do not meet the minimum trading activity requirements specified in clause 10 during the period from the moment the eligible deposit is made until the end of the promotion are not eligible for prizes.
- Each participant may receive only one prize during the promotion period. If one of the unique numbers assigned to a participant who has already received a prize is generated again, clause 9 of these terms will apply.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged for other goods, services, or money. Every winner is held responsible for paying taxes or any other fees related to the prize under applicable law. The company does not pay any taxes and/or fees that may arise upon the transfer of the prize.
- Any claims arising in connection with this promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Client Agreement of LiteFinance. Any situation not covered by the company's regulatory documents shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. The final decision is made by the organizer of the promotion — LiteFinance — and is not subject to review.
The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner without providing an explanation. Grounds for disqualification may include:
- refusal by the winner to verify their profile and provide copies of documents and/or any other identification data;
- violation or non-compliance with the promotion rules;
- failure to comply with the terms of Client Agreement;
- registration of several client profiles belonging to the same physical person;
- opening large opposite positions in the same trading instruments on different accounts at approximately the same time;
- using quote feed failures to secure guaranteed profits;
- transactions, including locked trades, lasting less than 2 minutes;
- confirmed or suspected involvement in any fraudulent activity aimed at winning a prize.
If a winner is disqualified for failing to comply with these terms, the organizer will determine a new winner as per clause 11.
- Participation in the contest implies full consent of all participants with its terms and conditions. The updated terms and conditions are posted on the contest page on the company's official website.
- LiteFinance employees and their relatives, as well as representatives of the company, cannot participate in the contest.
- LiteFinance has the right to amend this promo terms at any time without special notification.
- LiteFinance reserves the right to use information related to the winning accounts for advertising purposes and to publish it through any information channels. Winners may be invited to participate in LiteFinance's marketing activities, such as interviews, photo and video reports, or press releases related to the promotion. LiteFinance undertakes not to disclose a winner's personal information (including their first and last name) without their consent. If a winner refuses to participate in such activities, LiteFinance reserves the right to revise the list of winners.

Yes, all LiteFinance clients can join the promotion. To get a lucky number and become a participant, simply deposit $500 or more into your trading account.
When will I receive my unique number?
A unique lucky number is assigned to every deposit of $500 or more. The number is generated immediately after you make a deposit and displayed on the promotion page in the list of participants. Your lucky number is also sent to the email address you provided during registration.
How many lucky numbers can I get?
There's no limit to how many lucky numbers each participant can get. Every deposit of $500 or more counts! For example, if you deposit $1000, you'll get two lucky numbers at once. Keep in mind that deposits are not cumulative — you get lucky numbers only for deposits that are multiples of 500.
How is the winner determined?
The winner of each stage is determined automatically and transparently using a special algorithm based on the market quotes of currency pairs.
The system generates a «lucky number» — a unique combination of digits formed from the last digits of BID prices of five currency pairs at a specific moment in time:
- USDCHF
- AUDUSD
- EURUSD
- GBPUSD
- USDJPY
Each of these quotes gives one digit, and together they form the lucky number. The participant number that matches the lucky one wins.
Important:
The algorithm is fully automated and excludes any human involvement.
All quotes are taken from the LiteFinanceVC-Live-02 trading server, ensuring objectivity and transparency.
Can I win more than one prize?
No, each participant can receive only one prize during the New Year promotion.
If the system randomly determines a few winning numbers belonging to the same participant, only the first win will count, and the remaining numbers will be excluded from subsequent raffles. This rule ensures maximum fairness so that as many clients as possible can receive gifts from LiteFinance.
Is trading activity required?
Yes, trading activity is mandatory to take part in the promotion.
After depositing $500, you must close at least 2 lots before the raffle starts. This confirms that you are an active trader, not just a deposit holder.
Important:
If the required lots are not closed before the raffle date, the corresponding lucky numbers will not participate in the promotion.
The more you trade, the higher your chances to win — because every new deposit of $500 gives you an extra number.
