Exclusive contest for traders from Iran

Terms and conditions

1. The "Great hundred" contest is held from the 1st November, 2022 to the 31st October, 2023 for clients from Iran.
2. The following prizes will be raffled among the finalists upon the completion of the contest: car Tara AT, car 207 MC AT, car Dena Plus Turbo AT, Apple iPhone 15 PRO Max, Apple iPhone 15, Apple MacBook Air 13, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Sumsung Galaxy S23+, Apple iPad Air, Rockrider Mountain Bike for 10 winners.
3. To participate in the final raffle, all participants need to fulfill the following conditions:
   • 1st step – Register the trading account with LiteFinance, if you still don’t have it.
   • 2d step – Make a total deposit of $1,000 over the contest period. *
   • 3rd step – Execute at least 100 lots of real volume. **
    

   *The number of lots is calculated from the moment of the first deposit and throughout the period of promotion. To participate in the final and get the chance to win the prizes, the sum of deposits made in the account during the contest must be at least $1000. Transfers between accounts will not be considered.

   ** The volumes of trades closed in trading instruments where one point cost is different from one EURUSD point cost will be recalculated based on one EURUSD point cost. For example, one EURUSD point cost is $1 per lot. One EURCHF point cost is $1.0112 per lot. So, the EURCHF volume will be recalculated by multiplying it by 1.0112. It means that one EURCHF lot will be equal to 1.0112 EURUSD standard lots. The following formula is applied when calculating the cryptocurrency real trade volume:

   volume × contract size / 100,000 × volume

4. The registration in the Contest «Great Hundred» is automatic, which means that all accounts in which a deposit has been made during the contest period will be automatically added to the contest Ranking.
5. Trading Instruments: all the trading instruments provided by the LiteFinance Company, except for all CFD (CFD are allowed for trading, however, the volume gained from trading these instruments will not be taken into consideration).
6. Participants can use trading advisors or any other trading strategies with no restrictions sticking nevertheless to the «Client agreement».
7. Each participant who has taken the three steps according to the item 3 of these rules will participate in the final raffle whose exact date will be announced right after the end of the "Great Hundred" contest.
8. The company’s representatives and staff as well as their relatives are not allowed to participate in the contest.
9. All the finalists must fully verify their profiles in order to participate in the raffle. LiteFinance Company reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the participant’s identity when crediting a prize.
10. Each winner can claim only one prize. If the name of the same party will be announced in the final re-drawing, the procedure for determining the winner must be repeated.
11. All prizes including the first prize are material objects and are not subject to exchange for other items, services, or money.
12. The organizer does not provide technical support and insurance considering the prize, and is not responsible for any problems concerning prize condition and its transportation.
13. Each winner is responsible for paying all taxes and other obligatory payments related to the use of the prize, established by applicable law. The Organizer does not pay any taxes and/or fees for registration and/or taking possession of the car and other prizes.
14. LiteFinance Company has the right to change the contest terms at any time without any notice.
15. LiteFinance Company reserves the right to refuse in registration and disqualify the participant without explanations. The reasons for disqualification can be the following:
    • Violation or non-observance of the contest rules;
    • Violation or non-observance of the «Client agreement»;
    • Registration of several client profiles belonging to the same physical person;
    • Ascertainment or suspicion that a Participant has committed any kind of fraudulent action for being listed among the winners.
16. The LiteFinance Company reserves the right to use the information related to the winning accounts for advertising purposes and publish it in any sources of information. The winners are invited to participate in LiteFinance’s advertising and marketing actions such as interviews, photo- and video-reports, and press releases concerning the contest. At the same time LiteFinance commits itself not to divulge a winner’s private information (including name and surname) without the winner’s consent. Should a winner refuse to participate in these actions, the LiteFinance Company reserves the right to change the list of winners.
17. By participating in the promotion, a participant fully accepts its conditions and rules.
18. The Organizer and sponsor of this promotion is the group of companies under the LiteFinance brand.
