Terms of participation in the LiteFinance Dream Draw promotion

1. The organizer and sponsor of the LiteFinance Dream Draw promotion is LiteFinance Global LLC.
2. The promotion is held May 5, 2020 through May 3, 2021.
3. Each winner will participate in the final draw, where the prizes will be distributed and awarded. 20 prizes will be distributed among the 20 winners one by one through the final lottery held at a gala dinner in their presence:
   • One certificate for 250,000 USD for the purchase of a house anywhere in the world at the winner’s choice.
   • One certificate for 60,000 USD for the purchase of a car of the winner’s choice.
   • Two latest model of iMac workstations
   • Three latest model of MacBook Pro 16 laptops
   • Three latest model of MacBook Pro 13 laptops
   • Three latest model of MacBook Air laptops
   • Three iPhone 13 Pro Max smartphones 512GB
   • Four iPhone 13 Pro smartphones 512GB
4. All registered and verified LiteFinance clients are eligible to participate in the promotion.
5. All registration deposits from $500 to ECN and/or CLASSIC accounts deposited in a single transaction during the promotion will automatically participate in the promotion.
6. The registration deposit made to the trading account is automatically assigned a unique participant number, which is sent to the e-mail address registered in the Client’s Cabinet. The unique number assigned to the registration deposit is added to the list of participants on the promotion page and will take part in the drawing of gifts according to the schedule provided that the minimum trading requirement is met.
7. Participants can make an unlimited number of registration deposits of 500 USD, thus increasing their chances of winning. Internal transfers between trading accounts are not deemed as registration deposits.
8. 20 winners will be selected in 4 stages according to the schedule using a transparent algorithm, which will form winning numbers.
    

   8.1 Schedule of the draw stages:

   Stage 1: August 3, 2020 from 10:00, the first five winners will be determined one by one every 15 minutes;

   Stage 2: November 2, 2020 from 10:00, the next five winners will be determined one by one every 15 minutes;

   Stage 3: February 1, 2021 from 10:00, the next five winners will be determined one by one every 15 minutes;

   Stage 4: May 3, 2021 from 10:00, the last five winners will be determined one by one every 15 minutes.

   The schedule uses the server time, which is displayed in the LiteFinance trading terminal.

   8.2 The winning number is formed from the BID prices of four currency pairs on the LiteFinance-ECN.com server

   W X Y Z,

   W - the last digit of the bid price of the AUDUSD currency pair

   X - the last digit of the bid price of the EURUSD currency pair

   Y - the last digit of the bid price of the GBPUSD currency pair

   Z - the last digit of the bid price of the USDJPY currency pair

   The winner is the deposit whose unique number matches the winning number generated according to the schedule.

   8.3 In case the number of participants at the time of the draw is less than the generated number or the number of participants exceeds 9,999, the winner is calculated by the following formula:

   winning_number = number of participants × generated_number / 9999

9. The participant number assigned to each registration deposit can become a winner only if the completed trading volume of closed positions is at least 10 trading lots, after this registration deposit appears in the account.
    

   9.1 When calculating the total volume of closed positions, please note that:

   • a coefficient of 0.01 is applied to CFDs on stocks, cryptocurrencies and stock indices, a coefficient of 0.1 is applied to oil;
   • deleted and cancelled pending orders are not taken into account;
   • trades that contradict clause 6.13.2 of the Client Agreement are not taken into account;
   • locked positions are not taken into account;
   • positions with profit (loss) less than 30 points are not taken into account.
   • trades made before the registration deposit appears in the account are not considered
   • only the volume traded using the client’s own funds (minus credit funds) is taken into account.

   Example:

   The client made 5 deposits of $500 or more each. This means that in order to participate in the draw, this client must trade at least 10 lots after each deposit in the account where the deposit was made. Therefore, in order to get 5 chances in the draw, the total volume of lots must be 50. In this case the chances of this client to get a prize are 5 times higher than those of a participant with one deposit of $500 and 10 traded lots.

   9.2 If a participant withdraws the registration deposit or part of it before the minimum traded volume requirement is met, then the unique number of the participant assigned to this deposit will not participate in this drawing. Profit can be withdrawn without any restrictions.

   9.3 If the lucky number is the unique number of the participant that has not met the minimum trading volume requirements for this deposit, then this participant is not recognized as the winner, and the winner draw shall be repeated according to the schedule.

10. One individual can become a winner only once. Therefore, if the lucky number is a unique participant number, the owner of which has already been included in the list of winners, then the winner draw is repeated according to the schedule.
11. The organizer has the right to disqualify a participant or a winner without explanation. The reasons for the disqualification may be as follows:
    • if the winner refuses to verify their profile or provide copies of documents or any other identification data;
    • Violation or non-observance of the promotion rules;
    • Violation or non-observance of the «Client Agreement»;
    • Registration of several client profiles belonging to the same physical person;
    • Opening counter transactions of big amounts on the same currency pairs on different accounts and at the same time approximately;
    • Use of quotes flow failures to make guaranteed profits;
    • Presence of transactions, including locked trades, whose duration is less than 2 minutes;
    • Ascertainment or suspicion that a Participant has committed any kind of fraudulent action

    If a situation arises in which, after checking the winner for compliance with the conditions, the organizer is forced to disqualify them, the draw of a new winner shall be repeated according to the schedule.

12. Each winner is a guaranteed holder of one of the prizes of the promotion and a trip to the company’s gala dinner in Dubai to participate in the final lottery, in which the final draw of prizes will occur.
     

    12.1 The final draw of prizes will be carried out as follows:

    The numbers of 20 winners will be placed in the lottery drum and extracted one at a time, prizes will be distributed from smaller to larger in order. The winners will personally observe the process, and all LiteFinance clients and partners who are not present at the gala dinner will be able to watch the final lottery live on LiteFinance’s YouTube channel.

    12.2 LiteFinance will cover the travel costs (tickets and accommodation) of the winners invited to the gala dinner as an additional gift to each of the winners.

    12.3 Each winner is responsible for the costs and the process of applying for documents and obtaining a visa to visit the United Arab Emirates.

    12.4 If the winner cannot attend the gala dinner, they will have to take part in the gala dinner and in the final lottery via video conference, which will be organized by the company.

    12.5 The preliminary date for the final gala dinner and lottery is July 10, 2021. The date may be changed due to organizational peculiarities. The exact place and time will be announced one and a half months before the event.

13. Each winner is responsible for paying all taxes and other existing mandatory payments related to the use of the gift established by applicable law. The organizer shall not pay any taxes and/or registration fees for assuming ownership of the house, car, or other prizes.
14. All winners must fully verify their profiles in order to participate in the final prize draw. LiteFinance reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the identity of the participant.
15. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items, services, or money.
16. The organizer has the right to refuse to award the prize without explanation in case of suspected violation of the rules, or if the winner refuses to verify their profile or provide copies of documents and any other identification data.
17. LiteFinance employees and their relatives, as well as representatives of the company, cannot participate in the prize draw.
18. Any claims arising from this competition shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of LiteFinance’s Client Agreement. Situations not governed by the company’s documents shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. The final decision shall be made by the contest organizer LiteFinance and is not subject to revision.
19. LiteFinance has the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time without special notice.
20. Participation in the promotion implies full consent of all participants with its terms and conditions. The updated terms and conditions are posted on the promotion page on the company's official website.
21. The LiteFinance Company reserves the right to use the information related to the winning accounts for advertising purposes and publish it in any sources of information. The winners are invited to participate in LiteFinance’s advertising and marketing activities such as interviews, photo- and video-reports, and press releases concerning the contest. At the same time, LiteFinance commits itself not to divulge a winner’s private information (including name and surname) without his/her consent. Should a winner refuse to participate in these actions, LiteFinance Global LLC reserves the right to change the list of winners.
