At 16:00 (GMT+2), September data on the Ivey business activity index will be published in Canada. The indicator reflects the state of business activity in the national manufacturing industry and is calculated based on a survey of purchasing and supply managers of leading national enterprises in all industries. At the same time, their attitude to the current economic situation and prospects for its further development is assessed. The value is expected to decrease from 53.5 points to 50.8 points, which, in turn, may put pressure on the Canadian dollar.
