At 02:30 (GMT+2), Japan will release preliminary data on manufacturing and services indices for October. The indicators reflect the state of business activity in the national manufacturing and service industries and are calculated based on a survey of purchasing and supply managers of leading national enterprises, while assessing their attitude towards the current economic situation and the prospects for its further development. The Manufacturing PMI is expected to rise from 48.5 points to 48.6 points, but will remain in the stagnation zone, while the Services PMI will probably decrease from 53.3 points to 53.0 points. If the forecast proves right, the yen may fall under pressure.
